1. Viewing the records on findmypast.com

Searching is free on findmypast.com but to view the original images and transcriptions of over 550 million records you’ll need to be a paying member.There are a number of payment options available on findmypast – find out which is the best for you.
Many of our customers find that taking out subscriptions gives them the greatest flexibility, and value, for their research.

You can also view records with pay-per-view units, ideal for dipping in and out, or for beginners, starting from £6.95.

Whilst subscriptions offer unlimited access to all of the records that they cover, units can still be used by subscribers for accessing Living Relatives information and Memorial Scrolls. 

Your account information will keep you updated on your number of units, or the time left on any subscription that you have.
It is also possible to access the records using vouchers.
