We have now changed the pricing of our subscription packages meaning that you can save even more money whilst enjoying unlimited access to over 500 million records. We have also introduced a 6 month Explorer subscription due to popular demand from our customers.

Loyalty Scheme launches 17/09/2007

We want to reward our existing customers when they renew their subscription and so we will launched a loyalty scheme as from 17/09/2007.

The loyalty reward is a 20% discount when renewing and is guaranteed to be the best price we offer.

This applies to both of our Explorer subscriptions as well as the Discovery and is our way of thanking you for choosing findmypast.com as your partner in family history research.

The best price guarantee scheme is designed to build on findmypast’s commitment to customer service and has been developed after research among the website’s visitors and customers and a number of pricing tests over the course of the summer.

The “Best Price Guarantee” applies to Explorer and Discovery subscription renewals only. To benefit from the loyalty scheme a subscription must be renewed before your existing subscription expires.

Once a subscription has lapsed the loyalty scheme discount will not apply. The “Best Price Guarantee” cannot be used with any other offers or compared to any discretionary discounts offered to individuals by our helpdesk team. The level of discount may be changed by us from time to time but we nevertheless guarantee that the “Best Price Guarantee” discount will always be the lowest price offered.
